Between May 24 through May 26, 2024, the state of Arkansas endured severe storms and tornadoes that caused widespread property damage, displaced residents, and resulted in loss of life. In light of the Arkansas Insurance Department (AID) Bulletin No. 7-2024, which requests insurers to offer contractual relief to affected citizens, ����Ӱҵ will provide accommodations for impacted policyholders.

• Moratorium period: May 26, 2024 – July 25, 2024
• Designated Area: Benton, Washington, Carroll, Madison, Boone, Marion, Baxter, Fulton, Sharp, Izard, Independence, Stone, Cleburne, Van Buren, Searcy, Pope, Newton, Crawford, Franklin, Johnson, Sebastian, Scott, Logan, Yell, Perry, Conway, Faulkner, and White counties.
• Pacific life will work with policyholder who request to repay the premiums that become due during the 60-day period by either allowing a repayment plan or extending the repayment deadline for the full amount.
• Policies with GPE date in the effective period: Upon the request of those affected by the tornado, ����Ӱҵ will work with policyholders to extend grace periods that fall within the effective period for policyowners residing in the designated counties.

Consideration will be given to other policyholders that may have been impacted by the disaster and are experiencing hardship related to the disaster. Policyholders must contact ����Ӱҵ for assistance. Beginning August 18, 2024, Connecticut experienced severe storms resulting in devastating flooding and damages. Following the Connecticut Insurance Department Bulletins IC-29 and IC-31, which encourages insurers to assist affected citizens, ����Ӱҵ is providing accommodations for affected policyholders in designated areas:

• Moratorium period: August 19, 2024 – TBD
• Designated Area: Fairfield, New Haven, and Litchfield counties
• Policies lapsing during moratorium: ����Ӱҵ is reinstating policies, extending GPE dates by 60 days, and will extend further if needed. Notification letters will be sent to policyowners.
• Policies with a GPE date during moratorium: ����Ӱҵ is extending GPE dates by 60 days and will extend further if needed. No notification will be sent to policyowners.
• Policies entering grace during moratorium: Policies with a GPE date outside of the moratorium will not have extensions. No notification will be sent to policyowners. Routine grace notices will be mailed.

On July 8, 2024, Hurricane Beryl impacted the state of Texas resulting in the destruction of property, displacement of residents, and loss of life. In light of the TDI Bulletin # B-0011-24 which requests insurers to offer contractual relief of affected citizens, ����Ӱҵ will provide accommodations for impacted policyholders.

• Moratorium period: July 9, 2024 – September 7, 2024
• Designated Area: Anderson, Angelina, Aransas, Atascosa, Austin, Bastrop, Bee, Bell, Bexar, Bowie, Brazoria, Brazos, Brooks, Burleson, Caldwell, Calhoun, Cameron, Camp, Cass, Chambers, Cherokee, Collin, Colorado, Comal, Dallas, Delta, DeWitt, Dimmit, Duval, Ellis, Falls, Fannin, Fayette, Fort Bend, Franklin, Freestone, Frio, Galveston, Goliad, Gonzales, Grayson, Gregg, Grimes, Guadalupe, Hardin, Harris, Harrison, Hays, Henderson, Hidalgo, Hill, Hopkins, Houston, Hunt, Jackson, Jasper, Jefferson, Jim Hogg, Jim Wells, Kaufman, Karnes, Kennedy, Kinney, Kleberg, Lamar, La Salle, Lavaca, Lee, Leon, Liberty, Limestone, Live Oak, Madison, Marion, Matagorda, Maverick, McLennan, McMullen, Medina, Milam, Montgomery, Morris, Nacogdoches, Navarro, Newton, Nueces, Orange, Panola, Polk, Rains, Red River, Refugio, Robertson, Rockwall, Rusk, Sabine, San Augustine, San Jacinto, San Patricio, Shelby, Smith, Starr, Titus, Travis, Trinity, Tyler, Upshur, Uvalde, Van Zandt, Victoria, Walker, Waller, Washington, Webb, Wharton, Williamson, Willacy, Wilson, Wood, Zapata and Zavala.
• Policies with GPE date in the effective period: Upon the request of those affected by the hurricane, ����Ӱҵ will work with policyowners to extend grace periods that fall within the effective period for policyowners residing in those specific counties.
• Upon the request of the policyowners affected, ����Ӱҵ will work with policyholders in repaying the premiums that would have become due during the 60‐day period by either allowing a repayment plan or an extension of repaying the amount in full.

On July 10 and 11, 2024, Vermont experienced flooding and storm-related damages caused by Hurricane Beryl. In light of the Vermont DFR Insurance Bulletin No. 232 that encourages insurers to assist affected citizens, ����Ӱҵ will offer accommodations for impacted policyholders:

• Moratorium period: July 12, 2024 – September 10, 2024
• Designated Area: Entire state
• Policies with GPE date in the moratorium period: Upon the request of those affected by storm-related damages, ����Ӱҵ will work with policyowners residing in Vermont to offer lapse assistance and extend grace periods.
• ����Ӱҵ will work with policyholders in repaying the premiums that would have become due during the 60‐day period by either allowing a repayment plan or an extension of repaying the amount in full. Affected policyholders must contact ����Ӱҵ to request an accommodation.

Consideration will be given to other policyholders that may have been impacted and are experiencing hardship related to the disaster. Policyholders must contact ����Ӱҵ for assistance.
